Access Floor Basic Systems

Our Basic Systems feature wood-based or calcium sulfate panels that rest directly on pedestal head gaskets, providing maximum flexibility for easy access and installation. Ideal for office buildings, laboratories, and light industrial areas, these systems offer a nominal load-bearing capacity of 2,000 N to 6,000 N (DIN EN 12825). Depending on requirements, metal lamination and various top coverings, including elastic, textile, or natural stone, can be applied for enhanced durability and aesthetics

Functional Floors for Heavy Duty

Our heavy-duty functional floors are ideal for power supply areas, data centers, clean rooms, and environments requiring high load capacities.
Type 2 System: Features a self-supporting substructure with C-profiles and wood-based, calcium sulfate, or steel panels. Load capacities range from 3,000 N to 20,000 N, with frame sections supporting up to 20,000 N point load and 40,000 N line load.
Type 3 System: Composed of powder-coated steel panels on pedestal head gaskets, ideal for ESD areas with load capacities up to 6 kN. The Dynamic variant offers enhanced stability with interlaced profiles, supporting loads from 5,000 to 25,000 N.
Depending on the system, metallic lamination and various top coverings like elastic, textile, checker plate, parquet, or natural stone may be applied for added durability and functionality.
